Q: Are you a MUSIC MAJOR APPLICANT looking for a well-equipped music studio (a 7 ft grand piano & a set of Zoom Q8 plus tripod) to record your best take of performances as an audition requirement to enter a prestigious university
A: Life Musique Academy (LMA) has it all! At winter evening time when the surrounding is darkening but our shop is yellowish-lighted, plus the quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a good shot!
Q: Are you a MUSIC TEACHER looking for a smaller cozy space that could hold an annual grand recital for your music students in the spring or summer time with a capacity of serving simple refreshments?
A: Life Musique Academy (LMA) has a main floor area with a 7 ft grand piano situated in thecenter; holding up to 25 people in the audience section is a possibility as well as a mounted screen that allows listeners to also see clearly the movement of students’ fingers while playing in front of everyone! LMA could capture the whole recital without any blockage of sight!
Q: Are you a PRIVATE TUTOR (math, science, English, music, etc.) looking for a bigger space with children-tailored & -designed furniture to hold small group tutoring sessions?
A: Life Musique Academy (LMA) has a “Tutti” room perfect for small group sessions for early & late preschoolers! With one upright piano plus one standard grand piano tendered at two ends of “Tutti” is an interesting setup even for music appreciation classes of small group size of children attending kindergartens.

This rental service is open to students as well as teachers both one time or long term. We accept long term rentals with three discount packages. Please inquire about our rates at 778-323-8535 or download the rates sheet. We also have a main floor area with a 7 ft grand piano for event rentals such as Halloween and Christmas! It could also be used as a recital for a smaller group of audience. One more function is audition recording for an application to a music school. We could add a Zoom 8 recorder plus a tripod to support the recording process. You are welcome to check out our grand pianos as well as upright pianos for quality and condition.
